Reducing N2O emissions I 50% grant funded
This project presents a comprehensive solution to promote sustainable fertiliser production and reduce annual N2O emissions, which is a much more damaging greenhouse gas compared to CO2.
This project is located in India. According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) has a Global Warming Potential 273 times that of carbon dioxide (CO2) - N2O is more potent than CO2. This project presents a comprehensive solution to promote sustainable fertiliser production and reduce annual N2O emissions, which is a much more damaging greenhouse gas compared to CO2. This project contributes to the sustainable development of the region and country by facilitating and catalysing sustainable operations, thereby creating economic, social and environmental value. The price of each carbon credit is currently £6.00 . This project is 50% grant funded for a limited time only, standard cost usually £12.00 per carbon credit.
